The property also has a private, fence-enclosed patio with patio furniture and 2-car garage. <br /><br />This cozy place has all you will need to feel right at home. The spacious open floor plan offers amazing views of the golf course. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking. Just add food. Off the dining area is a patio right against the golf course!<br /><br />The master bedroom upstairs features a desk and sitting area with a convertible sofa. The master bath is ensuite with a walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd guest rooms (upstairs) have queen size bed. There is a 2nd bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire private home including 2-car garage and backyard patio with the view of the golf-course for outdoor relaxation.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />✔️ Self check-in with keypad.<br /><br />✔️ Extra Guest Fees| Please note that price listed is for up to 4 guests. There's a $18/night for each guest after the first 4 guests.<br /><br />✔️ PARKING| Please DO NOT park on the driveway (in front of the garage) as it will block our neighbor passage or your car will be towed. There are onsite security cameras (outdoor only) being monitored for the safety of our guests and neighbors. <br /><br />✔️ TRASH/RECYCLE service is Wednesday by 7am. <br />Our team will come by (via Patio/outdoor access only) to pull the main bins out/in for collection.<br /><br />✔️ LONG-TERM STAY| Please note that a starter set of Toiletries (Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo, Etc.) will be provided.
