There is no door at the top of the stairs. Renters should evaluate & determine if this condo will be suitable for young children. <br /><br />Complex Amenities:<br />*Summertime Pool<br />*Tennis Courts<br />*Year Round Hot Tub (closes 9pm)<br />*Club House with Billiards & Games!<br /><br />WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A GREAT TIME AT TAHOE BUT BEFORE YOU RESERVE THIS PROPERTY, PLEASE BE SURE YOU’RE OK WITH THE RULES (most of these rules, apply to ALL short term rentals at Lake Tahoe): <br /><br />Our county has recently passed new regulations for ALL short term rentals:<br /><br />1) Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down). <br /><br />2) We have parking in our complex for 2 cars. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street.<br /><br />3) No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals. <br /><br />4) Maximum occupancy limits - we are limited to 6 people on site / occupying the property. <br /><br />5) Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals. This condo has an ELECTRIC BBQ on our deck. <br /><br />6) Sorry, we don’t allow pets. <br /><br />IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS… PLEASE ASK. THANKS!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is free, off-street parking in the complex. You’ll find parking spaces a short walk from the front door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We’re in the Sierras & it’s cooler than in the valley. Like most places at Lake Tahoe, we don’t have Air Conditioning. We have some portable fans, ceiling fans & it always cools down at night when you open the windows.<br /><br />Local laws require that guests keep the noise level down. Excessive noise that can be heard by neighbors would cause problems.<br /><br />The upstairs queen bedroom is a Loft Bedroom so there is no door at the top of the stairway and only a half height wall separates the loft from the living room below. Guests in the living room cannot see into the Loft Bedroom but sound is likely to transfer between the 2 spaces.<br /><br />Our HOA is very strict on Smoking. Of course we don’t allow smoking inside the condo. The only place smoking is allowed is on our deck or inside your car. Smoking is not allowed anywhere else in the complex (not in the parking lot, pool areas, etc). They will issue fines.<br /><br />We’re a short walk to the TART Bus Stop.
