Street parking in front of the house is FREE.<br />Please do not park in the driveway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />📣📣IMPORTANT**PLEASE READ**📣📣<br /><br /><br />House Rules<br /><br />To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules:<br /><br />PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS IN FRONT UNIT.<br /><br />Safety First: Please unplug all unused appliances (like hair curlers and laptop chargers) when leaving the home. Remember to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater as well.<br /><br />Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults on the property at all times.<br /><br />No Shoes: Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the property.<br /><br />No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside premises of the house. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, which will be used for cleaning and air treatment.<br /><br />No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund and impose a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations.<br /><br />Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM (late check-in fees apply after 10 PM). Check-out is at 10 AM. A late checkout fee of $200 will be applied without an explicit prior agreement for a late checkout.<br /><br />Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 4 guests. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $10 per night per guest, with a maximum capacity of 6.<br /><br />Delivery Restrictions: Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup location instead.<br /><br />Furniture Arrangement: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.<br /><br />Electronics Policy: Do not unplug any electronics (such as TVs, cable boxes, or lamps).<br /><br />Storage Requests: Pre-checking bag storage is only available upon request and for a fee, when possible.<br /><br />Deposit Policy: We reserve the right to retain your security deposit if these rules are broken.<br /><br />Neighborhood Respect: This is a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music or outdoor gatherings after 9:30 PM. If we receive complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.<br /><br />Noise Monitoring: For your comfort and safety, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise levels, temperature, and humidity. This device does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy while maintaining a peaceful environment.<br /><br />Pet Policy: Due to severe allergies, pets or animals are not permitted on the property.<br /><br />Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes.<br /><br /><br />Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
