Perfect place as your base for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers.<br /><br />Coffee, fridge, microwave, wifi, smart TV, peloton for your use.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our private garden suite is ideal for 2 guests and features a queen-sized bed with brand new mattress, walk in closet, living room area furnished with a couch, TV ( with full access to Netflix, HBO Max, Apple+, Hulu), high-speed Wi-Fi and an electric fireplace/heater. An at-home library is available for your pleasure. Unit also has a stationary bike (Peloton) and other gym equipment that guests can use during their stay. Windows & vibrant plants provide a bright and airy feel. More natural light comes through in the afternoon through the garden. Bathroom is newly renovated with spacious shower, bath, marble tiles. Fresh linens/towels and toilettries are provided for your convenience.<br /><br />Additionally, living room area is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an espresso machine, electric kettle, and coffee and tea for our guests. <br /><br />Guests have private access to garden where they can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The garden suite is your private space with its own garden entrance with a coded keypad lock entry so guests can enter/leave as they please.<br /><br />The suite is conveniently located close to major bus lines as well as Balboa BART station. Located in the sunny Southern Hills neighborhood of San Francisco only a 10-15 minute ride to the airport and 15 more to the heart of the city. Close aproximity to freeways (easy access to the 280 and 101). We are also located walking distance to San Bruno Mountain State Park (ideal for hiking) as well as Crocker Amazon Park (playground, tennis courts, soccer fields).
