We are about 10 minutes to the California-Nevada state boarder where you can find casinos, heavenly village, and you guessed it… Lake Tahoe! You can also walk 5 minutes down to the local beach access, or enjoy the shops/ restaurants nearby! We look forward to hosting you!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space offers two bedrooms two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with plush bedding. The second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed with a trundle underneath. This second bedroom would be able to hold up to 4 guests. Washer and dryer is available. These regulations are subject to a minimum $1,500 Penalty if broken - which will be the responsibility of the Tenant.<br /><br />Maximum Occupancy: 4<br />Additional Visitors are not allowed at the property at any time.<br /><br />Maximum Vehicles: 3<br />The property is permitted to park 3 total vehicles. At no time are more than 3 vehicles allowed at the property, or in front of the property at anytime. Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the street during snow season (November - March.
