A close 1 mile to the lake and downtown, but just far enough to enjoy the quiet of Kingswood Village if you want to get away from the crowds! <br /><br />For Winter skiing, Northstar is just 7 miles.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />About this space: <br />Welcome to Kingswood Village! Our end unit condo is in the lower traffic, quieter area of the complex. Enjoy our cozy gas fireplace and central gas heating in the Winter after an enjoyable day on the slopes. <br />In the Winter the HOA snow plows the parking lot. They ask you move your vehicle every 24 hours when it's snowing so the snow plows can do their work. <br />From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the pool is open. The FOB is hanging in the coat rack in the entry. We have sport courts for tennis, basketball and pickleball. We are a short 1 mile from the beach and shops and restaurants. <br /><br />Our 3 level condo has new honed granite countertops and modern tile backsplash. The Private King bedroom with it's own balcony, TV and bathroom are on the lower level, the living room and kitchen on 2nd floor with balcony and on the 3rd level loft is a Queen Sleep Number bed and bathroom. We also have a sofa bed (best for children due to comfort) on main level plus a memory foam and foldable mattress under the loft bed. <br /><br />Both TV's include streaming services. Amazon Video along with many free channels are available. Bring your Streaming passwords should you wish to view other paid channels. <br /><br />We have lawn chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for your Summer enjoyment.<br /><br />Our HOA has a Rules and Regulations form that requires a signature before arrival. You can view in "Photos". <br /><br /><br /><br />In the entry is private washer/dryer. <br />Maximum occupancy is 4 adults plus 1 child for our unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the condo and the Kingswood Condo Complex. (use FOB to get into pool/gym area). 2 parking spots are included just outside of our unit. You can park anywhere, they are not assigned. HOA requires Parking Placards to be placed in car. You will find them in the entry. <br /><br />Dry sauna and small gym are open 9am-9pm year round.<br />All outdoor amenities are open from Memorial Day-Labor Day.<br />There is a card/fob card in the entry to access.<br /><br />The Condo is 7 miles to Northstar and 1 mile to downtown, the beach, shopping, Safeway, and restaurants!
