Welcome to our cozy cottage in Mountain View. It is completely detached and located behind our primary family residence, it provides comfort and privacy to travelers. Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood in the center of Silicon Valley. Mountain View home of many FAANG and other tech companies.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The cottage is 15 min walk to a local train (Caltrain) that can take you to San Jose or San Francisco. It is walking distance to downtown with restaurants and stores. It's 15-20 minutes’ drive to Palo Alto, Stanford Hospital or Stanford University.<br />It has a nice blend of minimalistic style yet warm and welcoming, which makes it the perfect little getaway or short-term stay! We have a kitchenette and not the full kitchen. There is a fridge, microwave, rice cooker and air fryer. We also have tea kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware for light cooking. We offer coffee, snacks, toiletries, hair dryer, extra blankets, and towels to make your stay comfortable. Basic toiletries such towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand/body soap are provided. <br /> <br />We also have:<br />Wi-Fi,<br />TV, <br />Central Heat and AC, <br />laundry with waster & drying inside.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have sole access to the cottage. Entrance is through the front gate and down the driveway to the backyard.<br />Entry:<br />Keyless self-check-in at any time. If you are going to check in later than 11pm, please notify us ahead of time, so I can be available to help if needed. Check in instruction will be sent to you the day of your reservation.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking on the street, not in driveway. There is always plenty of parking on California St and Mariposa St.
