Cozy, private studio with its own entrance. This converted garage includes fast Wi-Fi, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron, and basic toiletries. No TV or AC. Sheets and towels provided. Close to Google, Meta, Stanford’s new campus, and downtown. <br />Street parking limited to 2 hours during weekdays—check signs. Free, unlimited street parking available one block away. <br />A great base for work or exploring the area.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space is a converted garage. It is very cozy and was completely remodeled recently.<br /><br />Be aware that mattress is firm, if you really like soft ones and/or you have back problems this might not be the best for you<br /><br />Please note that:<br />1. there is no AC/heating in the unit. <br />2. we have a mini-fridge, but no freezer<br />3. We have a space heater and a heated blanket. People don't complain about it being too cold/worm except maybe in the worst week of Winter/Summer<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the entire studio and you are the only one with access to it<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Street parking is permitted but limited to 2 hours during the week from 7am to 6pm. Please make sure you see the picture with the street parking sign, read it and understand it.<br />Unfortunately we can't offer any parking at the property.<br />There is free, unlimited street parking one block away (first come first serve). I'd be surprised if you didn't find parking on the 1st block.
