Welcome to my cozy and comfortable North Shore condo retreat with accommodations for up to 2 adults. This 1 bed/1 bath end unit has beautiful views of the 18th green at the Turtle Bay (golf course currently under renovation). Just across the fairway and within easy walking distance is the world famous Turtle Bay Resort and beaches.<br /><br />You will also be pleased to find a well equipped kitchen, beach activity gear, recreational equipment and much more for your use! <br /><br />Come find your ALOHA!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There is easy 24/7 access with a digital keypad for front door entry to the unit and a designated parking stall.<br /><br />The bedroom has a firm king size mattress, a dresser, side tables, spacious closet with hangers, a smart TV and a new air conditioning unit (2025) for those warmer nights. There are also room darkening window treatments for those who prefer to sleep in.<br /><br />There is a new all in one washer/dryer (2026) in the unit with detergent preloaded.<br /><br />The bathroom includes a rain shower head, bidet, whisper quiet vent, blow dryer and other bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. (If you forgot something, it’s probably here, so no worries)<br /><br />Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make just about any meal. There is a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Includes some spices, condiments, filtered water jugs and other kitchen essentials. Extras to include: rice cooker, crockpot, toaster, hot water kettle, blender and coffee makers (coffee beans provided).<br /><br />If you enjoy a large TV screen, the living room has a 65" Samsung smart tv with cable box, Netflix, Prime, Disney + and many other premium apps for all your viewing needs. Don't forget the sound bar as well to enhance your TV viewing experience or you can Bluetooth in to play your own tunes. <br /><br />If you enjoy outdoor sports, there is a SUP board, body boards, surfboard, snorkel equipment, and pickleball equipment (free on site pickleball/tennis courts). <br /><br />There are 2 swimming pools on property with charcoal grills that can be used. (Will need to purchase your own charcoal)<br /><br />If there is something missing, let me know, as I probably have it available for your use or can suggest where to find it!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />For easy contactless access to the unit, drive to the entry gate where you will find a call box. Dial the unit number (press the green arrow) and you will be buzzed in. <br /><br />The front door has a keypad for contactless entry as well. The door code is sent the day before your arrival via Airbnb.<br /><br />Once in the unit, you will have access to a key fob that will be your key to enter the gate and pool during your stay. There is also a key to access the tennis/pickleball courts.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a designated parking stall with the unit number on it. Please park in this stall and not in the spots marked “GUEST” unless you receive a parking pass from the on-site security for overnight parking in these stalls.<br /><br />There are two pools on property to use. The closest pool is to the left of the mailboxes when exiting the unit, at the end of the parking lot. Please bring your fob to gain access. The charcoal grill is also located in the pool area. <br /><br />The tennis/pickleball courts are across the parking lot straight out the front door. Pickleball equipment is in the storage bench on the patio. Please bring your key to access the courts.<br /><br />There is a covered trash dumpster in the parking lot across from the units entry/mail boxes. There is also a recycling bin in the dumpster area for certain recyclables.<br /><br />If you use any beach items, please rinse off the salt water and sand before returning to the storage location. There is a hose in the front and back of the unit to rinse items and your feet so sand is not tracked into the unit.<br /><br />A user manual will be in the unit to answer most of your questions but please contact me if you need anything that is not already provided.<br /><br />This unit is equipped with a Ring Doorbell and Patio camera for security. They are not actively recording when guests are staying in the unit.<br /><br />Of note, the Kuilima Estates Condos are not affiliated with the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort. The amenities/services on the resort do cost extra and are not included in your stay at this condo.
