This is a new 3/2 flat with private entrance about 800 square feet on the 1st floor of a single family home. It's located in a safe and convenient neighborhood in Parkside Sunset district of SF. One block to Muni L line which takes you to downtown. A lot of restaurants, shopping center and banks are nearby. Golden Gate park, San Francisco Zoo are within 5 mins driving. Plenty street parkings next to the building is a PLUS! Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful nest.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The spacious and unique guest suite is located at the ground level of the single family home. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master suite with queen size bed set up. Double bed is in each of the other two bedrooms. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and etc.<br /><br />Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available.<br /><br />There is no designated parking spot is assigned. However, there are plenty of free street parking around the property.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests access the unit via the side iron gate of the backyard and walk to the glass patio door which is the private entrance of the unit. Be cautious there is one step down at the entrance door.<br /><br />Back yard is shared with the owner who lives on the 2nd floor. <br /><br />The shed in the back of the yard is NOT PART OF THE AIRBNB. PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS.<br /><br />Self check in/check out is available by using the smart lockbox that is installed on the gate. Access code will be given before guests' arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />NO STOVE, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. If you are planning to cook the meals, this place is not for you. <br /><br />Central heating, no air conditioning. <br /><br />There are plenty of the free street parkings around the building.
