The second room embodies versatility, perfect for children or additional guests, featuring a twin-over-double bunk bed, a single fold-out couch, a queen-sized bed, and an additional smart TV. <br /> <br />Stepping outside and around the back of the home, you're greeted by a communal gathering space. A manicured lawn and a small grove of mature pine trees dazzle in shades of emerald. An Amenity Fee of $85/night must be collected by Tahoe Getaways at least 72 hours prior to Arrival. Maximum occupancy is 8, excluding children under (12) years of age. <br />2. Parking for 4 vehicles, the driveway is short, flat, and managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). In winter, the driveway is regularly plowed for your convenience. However, due to the requirements of snow removal, parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. <br />3. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use. <br />4. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally. <br />5.
