We provide a sound machine and fan in each bedroom, and most guests love the energy — but if noise is a concern, we’d rather you know now than be caught off guard.<br /><br />We also live next door to a woman who throws water at people if they park in her driveway. We politely ask guests to not engage with her. If you respect her property, she will not bother/interact with you.<br /><br />We completely understand that accidents can occur! Please inform us before your departure if any mishaps happen during your stay.<br /><br />We genuinely adore children (both of us are moms and pediatric nurses), and we want to ensure your family has a wonderful stay. However, we've encountered a few challenges in the past when hosting guests with children. There have been instances where our home wasn't left in the best condition upon check-out, including broken items and stains on furniture.
