Birdwatchers are welcome! Hawai Island is so big, stay & enjoy all that our Kona Coast has to offer which is much! The coqui frogs sing nightly too! Quiet time 12 am -6am.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is so perfectly cozy and has all the amenities and conveniences you will need for your stay here in Kaloko Mauka. Wall mounted 40' Smart TV complete with Amazon, Nexflix and Spectrum. The Kitchenette has Instapot, oven, conduction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, teapot and Ninja blender plus plus. The guest quarters has bedroom with separate bathroom as well as separate kitchenette. You will also have access to the upstairs front and rear lanais, barbecue and of course the coastline view! Oh the view! Our subdivision is the "Beverly Hills of Kona".....and we are next door....lol. Kaloko Mauka is such a special place we have resided here for over 33 years for a good reason and with bamboo sheets, Egyptian towels and your own fluffy spa robe it just doesn't get much better! Super comfy 16 inch pillowtop mattress as well for sweet dreams!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We provide beach towels, fins, masks, snorkels, chairs, boogie boards (located on the right side of the garage) stand up paddle boards hospitality and humor for no extra fee. Outdoor enjoyment area complete with BBQ and picnic table. Ask us about stargazing right here at home with our 6-inch telescope . If you use nicotine or are late nighters or need to catch a super early flight this is probably not the right fit as we do require quiet time from 12 a.m. thru 6 a.m. which means no vehicle traffic .
