King size bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, TV, Heater/AC unit, electric couch, bar stools.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest can use the cottage, and outside area of backyard. Charcoal BBQ, table and chairs. No smoking or vaping inside or out.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is 1 car parking in front of the left side of the garage. See sign on tree. Enter in the gate to the right side garage. Lockbox is on the right side of the sliding glass door.
