If you're driving, street parking is easy to find.<br /><br />Note: the home is on a hill, with ~10 steps leading up to the front door.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home is tucked away on a quiet street with slope, offering privacy, quiet, and your own dedicated entry. <br /><br />Featuring a large living room with soaring cathedral ceilings and a comfy sofa bed for extra guests, a fullly stocked kitchen with an electronic stovetop (no oven), two full bathrooms, and dedicated front and back outdoor patios for enjoying SF’s sunny days. Fast WiFi, heating, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage make for a comfortable and convenient stay. <br /><br />The master bedroom features original wooden beams, abundant natural light, and a standing desk for remote work. The room is spacious and offers a serene view of the backyard, trees, and Corona Heights / Sutro Tower / Twin Peaks. At night, blackout curtains and blinds ensure a restful sleep. <br /><br />Just steps from beautiful parks, hiking trails, and the Randall Museum, and walking distance to the Castro, Cole Valley. Nearby parks include Corona Heights Park, Buena Vista Park, and Golden Gate Park. We provide a detailed guidebook on urban hikes and restaurants to explore in the area. Castro Muni Stop (K, L, M) is a 10 minute walk downhill from the home.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Full exclusive access to the entire home (no shared walls with us) with your own private entrance.<br /><br />Full exclusive access to a small patio in front of the master bedroom and a back patio (accessible through the master bathroom). <br /><br />Full access to the laundry area (separate entrance on the right hand side of the cottage). Note that hosts may access the laundry room to reach for tools / cleaning supplies.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• The home sits on a moderate hill, so be prepared for San Francisco’s famous inclines 🥾<br /><br />• We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum from 9pm - 8am to respect our neighborhood 🏡<br /><br />• Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets due to allergies and ongoing maintenance needs 🙏<br /><br />• Our garden is full of trees and greenery, so you may notice the occasional wildlife visitor like birds or squirrels.
