This year we are celebrating having had over 100 five star Airbnb reviews!<br /><br />Minimum age requirement for principal renter: Over 30 years old.<br />Building Name: Bamboo<br />Property address: 2425 Kuhio Ave., Waikiki<br />Quieter corner unit facing the pool with 3 balconies. <br />• Non smoking, sleeps 4<br />• Two double beds<br />• 24/7 security<br />• Pool, jacuzzi, Wi-Fi<br />• Central location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Only a handful of units face the pool at the Bamboo and even fewer have a separate full kitchen.<br />This is a corner unit with 3 separate balconies that allows for air circulation.<br />There is free Wi-fi but no telephone line in this unit.<br />A state of the art electronic lock provides extra security since no unauthorized key copies can be made.<br /><br />The total that you pay Airbnb includes all taxes.<br />No resort fees.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Bamboo building is located in the heart of Waikiki, just a stroll away from famous Waikiki Beach, The International Market Place and a selection of stores and restaurants. <br />The building is on a public transportation line but all your basic needs are within walking distance of the apartment.<br />Share ride companies are available in Honolulu such as Uber and Lyft and they normally cost around $30 to go to the airport.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• Extra fees will be charged if additional guests are added to this reservation.<br /><br />• Check in time is 4 PM or later.<br />• Check out time is 10 AM or earlier.<br /><br />• Both the apartment and the building are strictly no-smoking, no-vaping.<br /><br />• Cardholder needs to be 30 years old or older and must travel with the group.<br /><br />• No unregistered guests allowed beyond the ground level lobby.<br /><br />• Please note that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel. We provide you with enough hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started and give you time to stop by the market. We do NOT stock or re-stock toiletries or kitchen supplies for the length of your stay. Think of this as your home away from home during your stay.<br /><br />• Security camera placed outside the front entrance of the apartment.<br /><br />• General rules of the rental:<br />No Maid Service<br />The unit will be serviced and ready for your occupancy upon arrival. There is NO daily maid service included in this rental; however weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service could be arranged at additional cost.<br /><br />Linens and Towels<br />Bed sheets are provided for all beds.<br />4 bath towels as well as 4 hand towels are included in your rent. <br />For your convenience we can provide you EXTRA cotton towels for a fee as follows:<br />Bath Towels $5 ea.<br />Hand Towels $3 ea.<br />Laundry facilities (for your clothes, linens and towels) are available in the building.<br />If you want to have extra towels, please let us know how many of each at least 24 hours ahead of time.<br />Please note that beach towels are not provided.<br /><br />Cleaning Fees<br />Your unit will be clean and ready to occupy at the time of your check in. You are required to return the unit reasonably clean. The cleaning fee covers a professional cleaning crew that further cleans, inspects and readies the unit for the next rental.<br />Cleaning fees are already included in your total.<br />Additional cleaning charges may apply if more than a standard cleaning of the unit is needed.<br /><br />Early Check In’s and/or Late Check Out’s<br />Due to the fact that this is a very popular unit, back to back reservations are quite common so the likelihood of being able to check in early or check out late is very slim. Therefore, if you need a guaranteed early check in or guaranteed late check out it is advisable to book an extra night.<br /><br />Check In Procedures<br />Check in time is at 4:00 PM.<br />Our units are equipped with state of the art electronic locks. <br />Your check in instructions will be emailed to you 7 days before arrival.<br /><br />Check Out Procedures<br />Check out time for all rental units is 10:00 AM.  <br />The electronic door will cease to open at 10:00am on the day of your departure.<br />Lost magnetic access keys are $40.<br /><br />Building Rules/Regulations<br />Guest(s) agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the building, a copy of which can be found in the unit or can be requested to security.<br /><br />Damage to the Rental Unit and/or It's Contents<br />Guest(s) will be liable for all damage incurring during occupancy by him/her and all guests as well as for the replacement and/or repair cost of missing and/or damaged inventory.<br /><br />No Smoking<br />Absolutely No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in our units, including the balconies and bathroom.<br />If the apartment is rendered un-rentable as a result of smoking during your tenancy, our assessment will be: <br />¬ a minimum of $300 for odor abatement, plus <br />¬ rental income lost during odor abatement, plus <br />¬ charges incurred for tenants displaced during such abatement.<br /><br />Pets<br />No pets are allowed in the unit. If evidence of pets is found, DHH reserves the right to eject guest(s) without further notice and all deposits on file and rents paid could be forfeited.<br /><br />Responsibility<br />We are not liable for any injury, damage, irregularity, or delay.
