A built in gas fed BBQ, picnic area and sport court is just steps from your front door, plus a pool, hot tub and sauna/bathrooms in the center of the complex (may be closed w/o notice for maintenance & repairs). Easy to access unit via elevator with only a couple of steps needed to get to the front door.<br /><br />One bedroom fully furnished unit with polished Italian Travertine stone floors throughout, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, hand built mahogany furniture with palm fronds and bamboo reliefs inlaid, split A/C (living room only), 60" Big Ass Fans-Haiku ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, in unit Bosch washer/dryer, WiFi, Apple TV for streaming, Lanai dining set, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, queen bed and walk in travertine stone shower with overhead rain feature.<br /><br />Free parking on site, outdoor showers for rinsing off after coming back from the beach/ocean, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast and even snorkeling rentals all within walking distance.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is an open floor concept so there are no privacy curtains in the living room for the large back glass wall that leads to the lanai for an unobstructed view and no bedroom door so your storage closet isn't blocked and air can flow freely.
