On the third level, you’ll find access to the private hot tub as well as the master suite, complete with a king bed and full bathroom.<br /><br />Perfectly situated for your Lake Tahoe getaway, this home provides an exceptional alternative to hotel lodging. You’ll be just minutes from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, boating, beaches, and casinos. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.<br />*You are only allowed 6 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. <br />*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.<br />* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.<br />**Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay.
