Nicely furnished in Tommy Bahama decor with views of the golf course, this two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit can accommodate six guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom (both located upstairs) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. <br /> <br />Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai with gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. <br /> <br />The Fairways at Mauna Lani are luxury condos in a private gated development with over 20 acres of spectacular grounds. Guests of the Fairways delight in the lush tropical landscaping and community atmosphere of this great vacation property. All guests who stay at the Fairways at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal pool, hot tub and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a non-smoking property. <br /> <br />As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
