Villages at Mauna Lani Modern 3bdrm Townhome!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Villages at Mauna Lani 640 - Villages at Mauna Lani 640 is a modern three bedroom townhome located right in the middle of the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort, where guests are able to access the private beach club, secluded oceanfront trails, restaurants and shopping. Villages 640 is a spacious two-story home that can accommodate eight guests comfortably and includes plenty of lanai space with garden and partial ocean views. <br /> <br />Villages 640 has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen that opens to a large outdoor lanai with a built-in BBQ for sunset dinners. The large living area has high vaulted ceilings and wall-length glass sliders that open up to tropical breezes. The top floor also has a master bedroom with a California king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a glass shower and soaking tub. Downstairs, the home has two bedrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a king size bed, a private outdoor lanai and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub. The other bedroom has two queen beds with a private lanai and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms have spacious walk-in closets. <br /> <br />All guests who stay at the Villages at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal pool (heated), hot tub and fitness room. <br /> <br />As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
