Unit has ac.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We are thrilled to announce the completion of our condo's remodel in January 2025—everything in the unit is brand new! The property offers one private parking spot, with additional off-street parking available. Located on the second floor, the unit features easy access to a locked laundry room with washer and dryer units just down the hall. Enjoy the property's amenities, including a pool, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining seating near the pool area. <br /><br />Our unit is uniquely positioned at the end of the building, with only one neighboring unit to the left, ensuring added privacy. This side of the complex is also the closest to the ocean, offering stunning views. Along the sea wall, you’ll find rocky areas where turtles are often seen grazing. From November to April, humpback whales migrate from Alaska to give birth and rebreed, and our balcony provides the perfect vantage point to witness these majestic creatures. <br /><br />The condo is within walking distance to Maui’s longest beach and the Maalaea Harbor, where you can catch the ferry to Lanai or join snorkeling tours and sunset cruises. Conveniently located, you’ll find a Starbucks around the corner and the Harbor Shopping Center, which boasts three restaurants, shopping options, a fast-food chain, a gas station, and Maui’s only aquarium. <br /><br />This centrally located unit is ideal for travelers looking to explore all corners of the island while enjoying a comfortable and convenient home base.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access code will be provided to the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Beach Information: <br />Just about 100 feet to the left of the balcony, you'll find a set of concrete stairs popular among divers. These stairs lead directly onto a reef, perfect for snorkeling. I provide some snorkeling gear for guests to enjoy during their stay. <br /><br />If you're in the mood for some sand, which I think everyone should be :), the longest beach on Maui, known as Sugar Beach, is right down the road from our unit. You could walk there via the sidewalk, but I recommend driving; it's only about 45 seconds away by car, versus a 5-10 minute walk, especially if you're traveling with kids. The entrance to Sugar Beach is at Haycraft Park, where you'll also find an outdoor shower to rinse off before heading back. This beach is great for both swimming and snorkeling.<br /><br />For more beach options, consider heading to Kam 1, Kam 2, or Kam 3 in Kihei, or take a slightly shorter drive to Oluwalu. At Oluwalu, there's a parking lot, and you can also park directly on the sand along the road, making it easy to access your vehicle.
