It is the only unit in this complex that has it's own private roof top sun deck in addition to a downstairs lanai. Custom high-end cabinets and woodwork. Stereo bluetooth receiver with 8 speakers throughout. Dimmable lighting. Swim in the pool with a view of the ocean. Bathroom in lobby of building for easy access when using the pool. There is a large grassy area for laying out in the sun or reading a book in the shade while listening to the sound of the waves and palm trees blowing in the warm, tropical tradewinds. Community lounge chairs provided. This is a new purchase for us and we have added new items including California King memory foam beds in both bedrooms, queen size memory foam sleeper sofa, bedding, towels, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, Nespresso maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, all kitchen dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils, hot water heater, 3 smart TV's, toilets, washer and dryer, downstairs lanai screen doors, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels. There is a "work from home" area in the primary suite with a view of the harbor. It has an electric stand up, sit down desk with charging ports. There is also a wireless printer for your use. This is the first time this condo has been offered as a rental. Our goal is that our guests love it as much as we do! A work from home space with fast Wi-Fi and printer.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Maalaea is a quiet little harbor town. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away. The airport is 15 minutes away. Sugar Beach is a 3 mile beach about a 5 minute walk from the condo. This is rarely crowded and is great for morning walks. You will see lots of turtles in front of the penthouse. The neighboring condo building has steps leading to the water for snorkeling out front. Not recommended for beginners. Warm, tropical trade winds can be strong and are one of the things we love about this place. <br /><br />We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler and beach umbrella.
