It features a roll-in shower with grab bars, an open floor plan, and no stairs. The clean and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.<br />The small oceanfront complex offers a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere with direct access to the saltwater swimming pool, BBQ and dining area, lush lawn for sunbathing, and of course, the beautiful ocean just steps away.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our complex Makani A Kai is centrally located on Maui so it is easy to get to restaurants and all the exotic activities Maui has to offer along functional trips to grocery or drug stores. Our complex is small with only 24 units so you never feel crowded and is oceanfront with direct access to 3 miles of undeveloped beach.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Free parking and there is a designated disabled parking spot 30 feet from the front door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The condo is also wheelchair accessible with level entrances and has a barrier free shower with grab bars so someone with balance issues can feel safe.
