The perfect Maui vacation awaits you in this oceanfront ground level condo located on the Kana'i A Nalu property centrally located on the island in Ma'alaea Bay. <br /><br />Watch whales (Dec-Mar) directly from the lanai as they play in the harbor and then fall asleep at night to the waves outside the bedroom window.<br /><br />Discover the longest stretch of beach on Maui - 2.5 miles of secluded white-sand stretching from the condo towards Kihei with views of nearby islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini and Lanai.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Kana'i A Nalu is a four story, u-shaped building with every unit having a view of the ocean. Our unit is on the front end, ground floor of the "U" with unobstructed views of the ocean!<br /><br />Our ground level, handicap accessible unit is clean and simple. We have an air conditioning unit in living room and fans in kitchen and bedrooms.<br /><br />Enjoy a heated oceanfront pool with lawn chairs and loungers for guest use. In unit, guests can take backpack beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella on trips to the beach!<br /><br />Make use of the fully equipped kitchen in unit with stove, oven, microwave, pots & pans, utensils, etc. Or make your meal on the new gas grills by the pool for your barbeque needs!<br /><br />We have password protected WiFi dedicated in unit. We also have cable TV.<br /><br />One free, open parking spot is available and all extra vehicles must park on Hauoli Street.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is very little traffic on the short, dead-end road of Hauoli Street which ends at the entrance of Haycraft Park located a 3 minute walk (450 feet on the sidewalk) from the property's driveway. Sugar Beach starts here and stretches for 2.5 miles towards Kihei with gentle sloping sand to the waves perfect for walking.<br /><br />We have one parking spot for guest use in the parking lot monitored by security cameras. Any extra vehicles need to park across from property driveway on Hauoli Street.<br /><br />Ma'alaea Harbor is three quarters of a mile, fifteen minute walk from the condo and has restaurants, shops, and Maui Ocean Center which is ranked as one of the Top 10 Aquariums in the World by TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The seawall on the property is currently being rebuilt and so the safest access to the beach is down Hauoli Street through Haycraft Park, a short 3 minute walk.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />380140040003, TA-016-355-9936-01
