Our ground floor 2 bedroom-2 bath Maui condo is steps from the ocean & centrally located. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax, or to explore all of the adventure & dining that Maui has to offer. Our home features whole unit A/C, king beds, walk-in showers, granite kitchen, smart tvs, washer/dryer, & a comfy great room. From our lanai, enjoy the tropical Hawaiian atmosphere as you view breathtaking sunrises over Haleakala, whale-watching (Nov-Mar), & sea turtles that swim year-round.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our clean and well appointed home is centrally located on the west coast, in the Maalaea Bay Area. The unit features a mitsubishi split air A/C system with 3 units (both bedrooms plus the main living area) The Oceanfront bedroom with a king bed offers spectacular views where you can drift off to sleep while listening to the sounds of the ocean waves. This bedroom also has tv, bedside lighting w/ USB charging ports, closet, dresser, and wall safe. A bathroom/shower is just across the hallway. The second, main bedroom has a king bed & ensuite bathroom, smart tv, bedside lighting w/USB charging ports, dresser and closet.<br /><br />The granite kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave/convection oven, portable oven, and refrigerator/freezer. The washer/dryer are in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen. Other kitchen amenities include: keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, pots/pans, plates, utensils, cups, and barware. <br /><br />The great room provides comfortable lounging with a 65" smart tv and, even better, spectacular views! A desk, wireless internet, and wireless printer/scanner are available for your use should you need an "island office".<br /><br />All guests have access to the common area which includes a pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue, and picnic tables. Walk 5 minutes to the Maalaea harbor to enjoy excursions, shops, and restaurants. Pack up the condo picnic basket, cooler, beach towels & chairs and walk 5 minutes SE for a day at Maui's longest sandy beach (Haycraft park)!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The condo includes a reserved parking space for your use.
