Central location near Maui Ocean Center. <br /><br />Within walking distance is a beautiful beach, where you can walk and swim, a few restaurants, stores, the aquarium and Ma'alaea Harbor for taking a snorkel boat or sunset cruise.<br /><br />Available to you: snorkel sets, flotation devices, beach chairs, coolers, icepacks.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />A truly special location. The motion of the ocean pervades this space 24/7, and it's often windy in Ma'alaea, which creates great energy.<br /><br />During whale season, December through April, you'll have a front row seat to the best show on earth. Humpbacks travel from Alaska to give birth in the safe, warm waters of Ma'alaea Bay.<br /><br />I take great pride in providing clean and comfortable accommodations for my guests. Please note that while some parts of my condo are new (such as the flooring) other parts (such as the bathroom sink and tub) are original to the 1970s construction and despite much cleaning, show their age. If you need new accommodations, then my place is not the best fit. Thank you.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire condo is yours to enjoy. You'll also have access to our heated pool, oceanside BBQ grills, and our building's laundry facility. <br /><br />If you book during August through May, you will have a designated parking space in the parking lot. During June and July, you will park on the street where there is plentiful, free parking.
