Everything throughout is brand new.<br /><br />Elua 1310 is in the closest building to the beach with 120 degrees of unobstructed ocean views and sits next to the famous Wailea Beach walk.<br /><br />You are just steps away from the beach, the beach walk, and to Elua's main pool and pavilion. Elua is a large complex, so check the complex maps we included before booking.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Newly remodeled 1310is just steps away from the beach, Elua's main pool and pavilion, and a one-minute walk to the second pool and hot tub. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!<br /><br />This home is privately owned and managed. We are just a phone call, text, or email away. We have perfect reviews because (we are told) guests know that we are committed to giving our guests the best experience possible. <br /><br />Our one-bedroom, one-bath unit is on the second floor with fantastic ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. You will see a perfect sunset every night from the lanai.<br /><br />In the living room, I installed a brand new, vibrant 77" UHD OLED TV. We have cable TV, a Chromecast, and access to streaming services. The couch is home to a pull-out double-size bed.<br /><br />There is a large wrap-around lanai in front of the living room and bedroom.<br /> <br />The huge bedroom has a California king bed, a new 65" TV, and two full-size closets.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Our guests tell us that our units are the best stocked condo rentals they have stayed in.<br /><br />We provide beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, and other beach vacation amenities. <br /><br />Wailea Elua is a gated, low-density complex within walking distance of Shops at Wailea, restaurants, resorts, and so much more. Ulua Beach, which fronts the property, is steps away for excellent snorkeling and sunbathing.<br /><br />In addition, the complex has a pickleball court, pools, an exercise facility, and 24-hour security.
