It's where we prefer to be while on Maui. You can feel the difference in Wailea.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a wonderful condo community in the heart of Wailea, HI. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with a king bed, 1 with a queen bed and a bunk room with 2 twins). Additionally there is a pull out sofa with a full bed. <br /><br />This unit is larger than most and the complex is nicer than most complexes you will find in South Maui. This is a brand new remodel with a bunk room as the 4th bedroom. It's a great space for your temporary home in Maui. <br /><br />Wailea is denoted by many manicured monkey pod trees and expert landscaping. It is evident when you drive into Wailea and frankly worth it to be here. You will clearly notice this when you drive the island. Additionally, it's a bit less crowed than other parts of the island. I personally enjoy the beaches better around the Wailea / Makena area (Ulua Beach for the kids due to calmer waves, Polo Beach for some light boogie boarding for kids or adults, Wailea Beach, Makena Beach, Keawakapu Beach and the list goes on...<br /><br />If you know, you know. Wailea is simply the best area to stay while in Maui. Better beaches, better shops, better landscaping, it's just better. We think you will love it here. This condo has a small private office with a door for those that need a place to work while on vacation. The owner had this built just for that reason. Additionally, there are 4 mini-split Air Conditioning units to keep the condo cool. <br /><br />Complex is called Grand Champion Villas. It's on a Golf Course and adjacent to The Wailea Tennis Club.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a 2 car maximum for parking. 1 space is dedicated and the 2nd space is any space listed as "guest". No more than 2 cars allowed. You will want a car to move about the island for beaches, restaurants, stores and exploring.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This condo is in Wailea Maui which is an upscale master planned area. If you’ve never been to Wailea, it’s simply fantastic. All common areas are manicured with beautiful monkey pod trees.
