All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking is available at visitor parking stalls. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
