Beautiful 2 bdrm townhome at Colony Villas!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Colony Villas 1403 is a beautiful and cleanly designed 2-bedroom townhome located in the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet community only a short drive away from the ocean, coastal trails and sandy beaches. Enjoy sunset dinners from your outdoor lanai on the world-famous "Beach Nine" golf fairway, or take a short drive to Lava Lava Beach Club for lunch on the sand. The nearby Colony Villas amenity center has a large pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ spaces for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and has a queen size bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a spacious living room with loft ceilings, a large HDTV & sofa bed, a full kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom. <br /> <br />Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. <br /> <br />All guests who stay at the Colony Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use two communal pools & hot tub, tennis courts, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided.
