Only a short walk away from shops, restaurants, golf and beaches, N2 is located across the fairways from the King Shops and has panoramic views of the golf course and Hualalai Mountain. The condo offers a full kitchen, a dining area and comfortable living room with HDTV. The master bedroom is colorfully decorated and has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom can be made to have either a king bed or two twin beds, and has an HDTV and is nearby the guest bathroom. N2 is within close proximity to all the best beaches, restaurants, golf and shopping on the Kohala Coast. Guests also enjoy access to the nearby Fairway Villas amenity center, where a private pool, hot tub, fitness center and outdoor BBQ pavilion are available. <br /> <br />Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and covered lanai. <br /> <br />Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
