Protective gear is always worn during cleaning and any time they are in our home.<br /><br />This space has been both cleaned and sanitized:<br /><br />Cleaning: Cleaning is when you remove germs and dirt from surfaces. For example, using a soapy sponge to wipe off a kitchen countertop or stovetop.<br /><br />Sanitizing: Sanitizing is the use of chemicals to reduce the number of germs and bacteria. For example, spraying a chemical disinfectant on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs.<br /><br />You can rest assured that the following steps have been taken:<br /><br />Cleaned -- each surface by removing dust and debris, all linens washed on the highest temperature, all dishes washed, all surfaces dusted and floors swept and vacuumed, all hard surfaces cleaned with soap and water, all soft surfaces cleaned per manufacturer’s instructions. In addition, we have added duvet covers to our beds, and they are washed after each guest departs.
