It's a short, easy walk from the parking lot.<br /><br />Amenities for Your Comfort:<br /><br /> For your entertainment, you'll find a selection of books and board games in the dining area closet.<br /><br /> The TVs in the condo provide access to Netflix and Disney+ for your viewing pleasure.<br /><br /> We've stocked the bedroom closets with two foldable desks and chairs, perfect for setting up a mobile office if you need to work remotely.<br /><br /> For your convenience, the lanai (balcony) has a sink and an electric kettle. You'll also find a table and chairs, with additional cushioned chairs available in the bedroom closets.<br /><br />Important for Families:<br /><br /> We welcome families with children! For our youngest guests, we provide a foldable crib and mattress, located in the guest (first on the right) bedroom closet.<br /><br /> Please be mindful that our townhome includes stairs, which may require extra attention from parents of small children.<br /><br />Slippers & Volcanic Dust:<br /><br /> As our property is situated near volcanic fields, some dust may get tracked inside. We highly recommend wearing slippers indoors to help keep your feet clean and comfortable.<br /><br />HOA Registration Requirement:<br />The building requires the host to register guests prior to arrival.
