You are sure to enjoy a fantastic memorable vacation at our Waikoloa Colony Villa. Our 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA townhouse is at the highly popular Waikoloa Beach Resort on the sunny Kohala Coast. This 1699 sq. ft. villa is just steps to the beautiful resort pool, fitness center and tennis courts. You can walk to the Waikoloa beach golf course in 5 minutes and it’s a 10 minute walk to the Waikoloa Hilton to visit the dolphins. Gorgeous white sand beaches nearby.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The living room include a 55” Smart TV and Blue-ray/DVD player. There is cable television with premium channels, and high speed wireless internet.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans and also includes a Keurig, regular coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle maker, juicer and blender. <br /><br />There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV. Bedroom 1 is a master en-suite with a king bed and large private bathroom; a queen size bed in bedroom 2, and 2 twins in bedroom 3. There is an additional full bath and washer/dryer in the hall upstairs as well. There is a half bath on the main floor.<br /><br />We have beach equipment for your use (masks and snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers)<br /><br />Please let us know if you need baby gear; we have a high chair, pack n play and baby gate. <br /><br />No pets allowed and no more than 8 guests allowed. If you have a visitors during the day, please let me know ahead of time. Only guests allowed to use the facilities; pool, tennis courts, exercise rooms. Visitors are not allowed to use them.
