Our recently remodeled 2bd/2bath home is walking distance from Shopping (Kings/ Queens Shops), Dining, Entertainment, A’ Bay Beach, Historic Sites. The home is stocked with all your basic necessities. 1 covered parking spot included, steps from home. Great location for couples, groups, families with kids, everyone is welcome! Enjoy the sunset and trade wind breeze from the lanai. Washer and dryer in unit.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home is located on 1st Floor (no need to lug suitcases up stairs or elevators) with easy access keyless entry (enter with code). The dedicated covered parking space is steps away from the door. Included in your stay is access to recently remodeled on premise Infinity Pool and Gym. Keep cool inside with Central Air Conditioning controlled by Nest Thermostat-- with additional ceiling fans throughout to keep things cool . Check-in and check-out done remotely and can be done with great flexibility. Washer and dryer are located inside our home and available for guests to use. <br /><br />There are 2 televisions (living room and master bedroom). Living room TV is connected to Cable connection as well as AppleTV- which will give you access to over 150 pre loaded complimentary movies.<br /><br />Along with all the basics you will need (pans, plates, cups, utensils, iron, towels, refrigerator with filtered water- ice maker), you will also have access to:<br /><br />Beach Items: 2 beach chairs--2 beach umbrellas--1 small cooler<br /><br />Baby/Toddler Items<br />1 pack and play with sleeping mattress and sheets-- baby/toddler booster seat for eating-- kids spoons, forks, plates, cups<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to entire Condo.<br /><br /> You will also have access to Infinity Pool, Hot Tub, Propane Grills, and Gym on premises.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Easy 1st Floor Access, no stairs or steps. Close proximity to covered parking location and close proximity to pool.<br /><br />Please note that we have a Nest doorbell installed on the outside, main entrance of the home.
