Enjoy the Hawaii vacation you've dreamed of in the gated community of Hali'i Kai.<br /><br />Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story condo offers guests two lanais and a two-story great room with vaulted ceilings and southerly exposure for amazing sunlight, great gatherings and timeless memories.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The unit has fantastic wi-fi speed (270 MBS) so you can either work-from-paradise or stream videos as you please.<br /><br />There is a brand new BBQ grill outside to complement the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a Nespresso machine and Vitamix mixer.<br /><br />If you choose to eat out, there are countless dining options nearby. We also provide a Travel Guide in the condo and a link to it when you book your stay.<br /><br />Guests will also enjoy all the resort amenities of Hali'i Kai. Please note that Hali'i Kai collects a resort fee of $25.00 + tax per day for each reservation (not per person).<br /><br />Guests must register and pay the resort fee directly at the front Desk at Hali'i Kai upon arrival (or the next morning if your arrival is after 5pm).<br /><br />As a guest, you are also required to provide a credit card with a $100 hold for the Guest Cards. The amount is returned to you upon returning the cards.<br /><br />The pool area was recently rebuilt with resort-level pools, lounge chairs, and a sand-bottom hot tub. There is also a spa, a gorgeous fitness area overlooking the ocean, and a full-service restaurant & bar.<br /><br />Back in the unit, there is one bedroom on the main floor, and two more upstairs.<br /><br />The first floor bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway outside.<br /><br />Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a deep-soak tub, separate shower, and his and hers sinks.<br /><br />The second upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom, and a twin trundle. It also has a 3/4 bathroom just outside of it.<br /><br />In addition to the "Ocean Club" amenities mentioned above, there is also a private tennis court and basketball court nearby.<br /><br />The tennis court is often converted into pickleball courts (which our family loves to play!).<br /><br />Finally, there is a hammock park in the Coconut Grove just steps from the tennis and basketball courts.<br /><br />There is also a Beach Closet in the unit that contains lots of beach and sports items for your use and pleasure.<br /><br />In-unit amenities include central air conditioning, hi-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, a fully-stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry soap, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers in the bathrooms.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the 3 bed, 2.75 bath condominium, alongside all the amenities listed.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.<br /><br />As much as we would like to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, we cannot due to back-to-back bookings.
