No AC on first floor only a Ceiling fan. You can enjoy beautiful sunset views from the covered porch (Lanai).<br /><br />The Primary Bedroom (TV) has a Queen bed with attached bath and A/C. <br />The Guest Bedroom has two Extra Long Twin Beds (can convert to King Bed) with A/C to help reduce road noise and a hallway bath. <br />Bedrooms are located on the second floor with Ceiling Fans or if you prefer Air Conditioning. <br /><br />As a guest of the Waikoloa Village, you will receive a discounted golf rate at The Village Course at Waikoloa and access to the village Tennis, Pickleball courts and Pool. <br /><br />You are also a short drive to championship Beach Golf Courses including Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Kings and Beaches Courses. Also, enjoy the Mountain Golf Courses of Big Island Country Club and Makalei Golf Course.<br /><br />You are a 10-12 minute drive (6-8 miles) to magnificent sandy beaches such as Hapuna, Mauna Kea Beach and Waikoloa Beach and the Marriott and Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotels. Not suitable for children under 5. Quiet hours as mandated by Hawaii County are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. during which time the noise from the Unit shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
