This inviting 2-bedroom home is ideal for families and friends seeking a relaxing island getaway, with easy access to the Kohala Coast's beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, and activities. <br /> <br />Designed with a loft-style floor plan and soaring ceilings, the home offers an open and airy atmosphere. The main level features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor lanai perfect for dining under the tropical skies. The guest bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and is furnished with two twin beds, which may be converted into a king bed upon request at the time of booking. A full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located nearby. <br /> <br />Upstairs, the primary suite offers a queen bed, a small office area, and a private lanai. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of island adventures. <br /> <br />Colony Villas 201 is just steps from one of the community's amenity centers, which includes a swimming pool, propane BBQ grills, and ample space for lounging and relaxing. Guests also have access to a second amenity center, located about a five-minute walk away, featuring a large resort-style pool, hot tub, fitness center, and additional BBQ grills. <br /> <br />Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay. <br /> <br />Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. <br /> <br />All guests who stay at the Colony Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use two communal pools & hot tub, tennis courts, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Colony Villas is a non-smoking property. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
