The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a private lanai with mountain views, a king size bed, a flatscreen TV and a large master bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. <br /> <br />The second bedroom, located upstairs, has two twin beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has a queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The property does offer garage access - the garage is very narrow and only suitable for parking small vehicles. There are additional visitor parking stalls nearby. <br /> <br />Located near the Fairway Villas amenity center, which has a pool, spa, fitness center and BBQ pavilion, D6 is the perfect rental for visitors looking to be close to all the action on the Big Island's Gold Coast. <br /> <br />Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. <br /> <br />Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. <br /> <br />Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. <br /> <br />A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
