Sunlight fills the space and the lanai faces west, affording a shaded breakfast area as the day heats up and fantastic sunsets as the evening breezes rise. <br /><br />An ideal spot for romance, retreat, or recharging, please consider our lovely property your home away from home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />• Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has been comprehensively renovated and styled as an easy-on-the-eye sanctuary that celebrates views of the bay. <br />• The aesthetic is urban loft space in crisp white-on-white with colorful original artwork.<br />• The unit measures 1611 square feet, beautifully apportioned with generous public spaces, including a 381 square-foot wrap-around lanai.<br />• We are on the top floor, and did we mention the ocean views from the lanai, the living area, the kitchen and the principal bedroom? <br />• A301 is tastefully and comfortably appointed, and the kitchen is well-equipped, with a SubZero fridge, Kitchen Aid convection and microwave ovens, ceramic cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, Gaggia Magenta espresso machine, a spice rack and sharp knives, utensils, stemware and tableware all on hand. <br />• The guest bed is a low platform King with memory-foam topper over foam base; the principal bed is a Split King with 2 Twin XL Winkbed mattresses over independent, remotely-adjustable bases; both with down and foam pillows and all natural fiber bedding.<br />• The baths feature walk-in rain showers, large-format tile and flattering, indirect lighting options.<br />• We pursued our dream resort-home ideal, always favoring thoughtful indulgence and high-end furnishings for our guests. <br />• Our goal is for you to feel that blissful sigh of 'Expectations exceeded!' as you enter and make yourself at home in Hawai'i.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />• This is our second home and, with the exception of a fifth closet and a pair of drawers marked 'Private', you are invited to make full use of it. <br />• All shared on-site facilities -- the salt water lap pool and spas, workout room, pavilion and grills -- are at your disposal.<br />• Our condo has a single designated parking space for guest use.<br />• We may share The Blissmobile, our 2020 Subaru Forester, with select returning long-term guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• The Vista Waikoloa is a charter development of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and so enjoys some of the resort's most dramatic ocean frontage and lovely, mature plantings.<br />• After a day of diving with the sea turtles off the Kona Coast, or sunning and snorkeling at Kukio Bay or tidepooling at Puako, or playing 18 holes at the Makani Golf Club, come home to raise a chilled Mai Tai and savor the sunset from the lanai.<br />• We are within a ten-minute drive of the state's loveliest beaches: A-Bay, Hapuna, the Mauna Lani and the Mauna Kea. There may be some winter surf at these beaches, and we have a couple of boogie boards ready for use on the lana'i.
