Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.<br />Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.<br />Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.<br />No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.<br />Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. There are stairs to the second floor (no elevator). This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit sitting directly in between two pool areas at the Bay Club. One offers a café for pure relaxation. This unit offers a 2 bedroom style which is perfect for two families or a small family. This beautifully decorated, newly renovated unit will take your breath away. It has a rear facing lanai for complete privacy and a view you can see from all sides. The Bay Club has all the resort amenities you could want including two pools with a cafe, tennis courts, workout rooms, BBQ's and more.<br />The Bay Club at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located a mile from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.<br /><br />All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided.
