Shores at Waikoloa 306<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Shores at Waikoloa 306<br /><br />**PLEASE NOTE: The fitness room at the Shores at Waikoloa will be closed for maintenance work from July 17-27, 2026<br /><br />Bedding Configuration:<br />Master Bedroom: Cal King Bed<br />Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed<br />Living Room: Sleeper Sofa<br /><br />Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.<br /><br /><br />Amenities:<br />Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.<br />Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.<br />Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.<br />Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.<br />No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.<br />Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. <br />Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.<br />Hot Tub: Community hot tub<br />Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.<br />Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.<br />BBQ: Community BBQ’s onsite and a small weber electric grill on the lanai<br />Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.<br />Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Room<br />WIFI: WIFI included.<br />Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.<br />Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.<br /><br />Shores at Waikoloa 306 is located in the Sandalwood Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!<br /><br />The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.<br /><br />All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided.
