This is an ideal place for people who want to stay somewhere quiet. <br /><br />This home is the most private in the entire condo complex, as it does not back up to a road and has its own backyard garden. There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each on their own level, so there is plenty of space and privacy. <br /><br />There are ceiling fans throughout as well as central A/C.<br /><br />The upstairs master has large windows with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. It includes a large walk-in closet, and a soaking tub + shower in the master bath.<br /><br />On the first floor, there's a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private lanai that faces the backyard garden space. It has a separate full-sized bathroom.<br /><br />The first floor includes its own cozy separate living/den area with a queen sofa bed and flat-screen TV.
