There is a new 55" smart TV and cable and includes a strong and super fast wireless Internet.<br />Your villa accommodates four people between the two bedrooms. A Queen Sleeper Sofa is available for up to two extra guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable mattress and linens, as well as its own well-appointed bathroom. ALL Rooms are cooled by ceiling fans AND INDIVIDUALIZED air-conditioning. The master bedroom (1 sliding glass door) and living room (3) sliding glass doors) has direct access to the lanai.<br />A quick walk across a scenic, tree-lined street will deliver you to the world class Makai Golf Course. The Makai Golf Course winds its way around beautiful lakes, and a spectacular coastline with views of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay. <br />The entire north shore of Kauai features spectacular beaches. Take the time to enjoy Kauai's natural bounty and all that the North shore has to offer by taking a helicopter ride, enjoying a boat excursion to the magical Napali Coast, hiking, fishing or in any of the diverse array of activities that this beautiful island has to offer.<br />You are just a few minutes away from both Hideaways Beach and Anini Beach, and the Queen's Bath. The panoramic ocean views are simply amazing, and watch whales breach the during winter months.<br />Our favorite Anini Beach is known for its warm and gentle water, making it a family favorite for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Moments away are both Hanalei Bay and Tunnels beach. Bali Hai is right around the corner surrounding Hanalei Bay where you can watch as the sun meets the horizon. Fitness Center, pool & hot tub, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Coolers, a Pack 'n Play and more. Garage is currently used as owners storage. There is plenty of parking on site and close to the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Directions to the unit:<br />When you arrive in Kauai there is a Costco not too far from the Airport, this would be a good time to stock up on food and drink items, also, on the way to Princeville you will pass through Kapaa where there is a Safeway, Big Save Market and a Foodland on your left side. Please feel free to use my cell number at Foodland to receive discounted pricing on items. There is also a Foodland in Princeville.<br />Then head to Princeville its about a 35-45 Min drive. My condo is approximately 1 mile before the St. Regis. When you enter Princeville turn right when you see the large landmark fountain statue, continue straight and SLIGHTLY veer to the left and continue on Ka Haku Road you will drive over two (2) speed bumps. Take the first right turn after the second speed bump onto Pepelani Loop. Once you are on Pepelani Loop TURN LEFT AT THE 2ND DRIVEWAY into Plantation at Princeville THEN FOLLOW THE DRIVEWAY TO THE LEFT. The front door of the unit faces Pepelani Loop, the unit is at the end of the driveway, there are (2) parking spaces adjacent to the unit (Please do not park in front of the garage doors). My unit is 1411 It is on the street level. There is a BLACK keypad on the front door to enter.
