The home is in a quiet community for peaceful evenings. <br /><br />Home comes with free parking for 1 vehicle. Note: the parking space is not reserved.<br /><br />Community is across the street from a new bike path along the golf course. Walk to local shopping area with restaurants, groceries, and shops. Well situated to reach Hanalei, Tunnels and all the gorgeous North Shore beaches and attractions!<br /><br />Accessibility: Please note that the home is on the second floor, accessible only by exterior stairs. People for whom stairs are a challenge may prefer to seek alternate accommodations.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire home, including the studio bedroom/living room, kitchenette, full bath, and private lanai. Second floor location for the space enhances privacy, and the vaulted ceiling gives a luxurious feeling of spaciousness.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please observe community quiet hours of 9 pm to 8 am daily. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.<br /><br />Please turn off air conditioning when not in the unit.<br /><br />The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator, but no cooktop.<br /><br />Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the home. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas in the parking lots. <br /><br />Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the home nor in the community.
