Studio Is private with nice tile flooring & insulated ceiling to keep cool. Has a spacious bedroom, full bathroom. Condo has pool, jacuzzi & bbq grills. <br />Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, flat screen tv, & a mini kitchenette. There is a full fridge, microwave, toaster-air fryer, Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, mini bullet blender, etc. Bathroom is set with make up and full body mirror, hair dryer, etc. <br />AC will be installed in April 2026 to be used during the summer<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Sandpiper Village Complex has just about half of the units set as vacation rentals and the other half are the permanent residences of locals and native people.<br />The studio is only 3 blocks away from the Makai Golf Club and pick up point for the Shuttle that takes you to the Kalalau Hiking Trail (Napali Coast hike). Make sure you choose the pick- up in PRINCEVILLE when you book it in <br />www.gohaena.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Studio is in the second floor. The door code will be sent to you prior your arrival. If for some reason you get locked out and can’t remember the code, message me or knock next door (Unit A side). I live there and can always help out too.<br />Always leave the door latch on vertical to ensure your door is locked.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />An extra $25 per night will be charge for a 3rd person staying at the studio.
