This means the carpets are shampooed 2 or 3 times a year, towels and bedding replaced regularly, and amenities are inventoried for guest use. <br /><br />This top-story unit has vaulted ceiling and incredible back porch views. The kitchenette has a good size fridge and appliances such as electric hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The unit does have AC but the natural breeze and fans provide great circulation. <br />Relax on the bed with the sliding glass door open and listen to the birds and wind in the trees. The place is very private and so quiet. <br /><br />Enjoy the beach gear we provide as well.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Easy keyless entry. The whole place is yours.
