This condominium complex is one of the first built in Princeville and is well loved by the community. It is the perfect spot for visitors who are looking for a down-to-earth stay with a local vibe.<br />This studio condo is beautifully appointed with bamboo flooring and a vaulted open-beam ceiling (equipped with solar fan and ceiling fan). <br />The kitchenette has been upgraded with granite countertops and has a microwave, a minifridge and a Keurig/regular coffee maker. <br />The main room has vaulted ceilings, a King sized bed, a full bathroom, and a sliding door that opens on to the lanai.<br />Wifi access and cable are included.<br />Outside, the lanai features a breakfast table with stools, and 2 comfortable chairs.
