Minimal furnishing and decor leave plenty of space for you to expand and feel at home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Perfectly situated to catch Kauai's famous trade winds through the large sliding door, this space stays cool year around. Now with air conditioning, keep as cool as you like anytime. <br /><br />Stretch out on the king size bed, fitted with a new foam mattress. Chill in the armchairs while watching the flat screen smart TV with cable or plug in your subscriptions and watch your favorite shows. Enjoy meals under romantic twinkling lights on the lanai. <br /><br />Bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, sheets, bedding, basic dishes, and coffee maker are ready for you. Refrigerator / freezer, dishes, and BBQ basics are provided. Gas grills are in the pool area for all to use. No oven, kitchen sink, or cooktop in unit. Blackout drapes and blinds provide privacy and darkness for those needing jet lag adjustment.<br /><br />Situated near, but far enough away from the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Your private lanai—flanked by tropical plants—opens to large lawn that leads to the pool. <br /><br />WiFi is provided. Pool key will be in the unit. A reserved parking space is just outside the unit for one car.<br /><br />Yoga mats are in the closet, snorkels, beach chairs on the lanai are for you to use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The pool area has gas BBQ grills, lounge chairs, patio tables with umbrellas situated under a covered pavilion. Please, no glass in the pool area. <br /><br />The pool is tiled and the jacuzzi is hot! Pool hours are enforced, 8am-9pm.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The HOA does not allow cooking in the unit. No exceptions. <br /><br />No smoking in the unit, on the lanai, or or anywhere except the back parking lot (directly east of the lanai, where the dumpsters are).<br /><br />Kauai style, shoes off inside. Note that our sand is sticky and our mud stains. Please wash off at the beach, at the pool showers, or with the hose provided on the back lanai to minimize tracking into the unit, shower, and bed.<br /><br />Strict limit of two people and no young children for your safety; sharp objects are stored within reach of toddlers.
