Sea turtles bob up for air right outside — year-round — and from mid-December through March, humpback whales pass through, often visible right from your chair.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Lisa and Scott’s oceanfront condo is a one-bedroom, one-bath retreat on the second floor — elevated just enough for better views, a nice breeze, and a real sense of privacy. The complex is quiet and low-key, a welcome contrast to the bustle of resort living.<br /><br />The condo comfortably sleeps two, with a pull-out sofa that makes it workable for two couples traveling together who don’t mind getting cozy.<br /><br />The space<br />We’ve put real love into this place, and it shows. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed, with moderate temperatures and steady trade winds keeping things just right. AC in both the bedroom and living room is there when you need it.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped — cook a proper meal, pack a beach lunch, or make your morning coffee before catching the sunrise. Free wifi makes it easy to work remotely if you need to, or just stay connected while you decompress.<br /><br />Whether you’re here to recharge, explore, work or simply do nothing for a few days — this is your spot.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Heated pool, and a small beach to the right of the condo, 10 minute walk to longest walking beach on Maui!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Getting around & exploring<br /><br />A short walk to the harbor opens up a lot — hop on a snorkeling boat, grab a slice at Point Break Pizza, or settle in for a meal at Haven, whose cuisine is worth making a reservation for. Step out of the building and Maui is yours.<br /><br />A 10-minute walk from our quiet cul-de-sac brings you to Sugar Beach — a three-mile stretch perfect for long walks, sunbathing, and swimming without the crowds.
